DR 10-0012 — Primer: Defining the Geometry

This DR concerns some rather rotten phrasing inside the primer concerning shape geometry. I've found out here what the text is really explaining and some proposed edits are attached. I propose we discuss this on the next WG4 call (unless we can agree on the list to move DRs, as I think this one is fairly uncontroversial).
