DR 10-0021 — General: "null" namespace in examples

reading DRs:

There is double space between "notational  conventions" phrase.

Also there is a potential for another DR. Notational conventions at the
start mention Word characters styles like Element, Attribute and Type
style. IMHO it doesn't make sense to refer to those styles because IS is
printed or delivered in PDF format where you can't see Word styles. So e.g.

•	The tag name of an XML element is written using an Element style, as
in "document".

should be changed to something like

•	The tag name of an XML element is written using different typeface, as
in "document".

Personally I will not lodge new DR just for this. But Chris if your
salary bonus is depending on number of processed DRs feel free to lodge
it yourself.
