This DR looks to me like it's a fairly straightforward one, covering the syntax of the term "references" in Part 2, 9.2. Shawn proposed a solution in March which was discussed in Stockholm - the solution looks to me like it answers the DR, but can anyone recall what the issues might have been, or why this DR remained open?
