Two groups of MB comments on the FPDAM set 1

Dear colleagues,

I see two groups of MB comments.  After closing easy ones, I would like
to begin with these two groups.

1) Request for a versioning attribute for distingushing OOXML versions
   (specifically, Ecma376:2006 and 29500:2007 as amended in 2010)

2) ISO dates, etc. in 29500T cause silent loss of information
