Another error in the Part 1 FPDAM1

I don't believe the intention was to change these namespaces.  That is, anything OPC-related, I believe, was to be left as-is.

Am I missing something here, or did I misunderstand the intended change?

The same thing applies to http://schemas.openxmlformats.org/officeDocument/2006/relationships
in page 3964.
