DR 09-0303 - WML, Footnotes and Endnotes: Reference to non-existent attributes

This is in regards to the Ecma  defect report.  Adoption of the recommended solution is suggested:

Part 1, §17.11.3

Specifies a unique ID which shall be used to match the contents of a footnote or endnote to the associated footnote/endnote reference mark in the document using the footnoteReference or endnoteReference element, as appropriate.

Specifies a unique ID which shall be used to match the contents of a footnote or endnote to the associated footnote/endnote reference mark in the document using the footnoteReference or endnoteReference element, as appropriate.
