DR 09-0326 - DML, themes: Theme root element name conflict between prose and schema

This is in regards to the Ecma  defect report.  Adoption of the recommended solution is suggested:


The name of the root element, as defined in the schemas, should be the name used in the prose.

Changes to §14.2.7
The root element for a part of this content type shall be officeStyleSheet theme.

[Example: theme1.xml contains the following, where the name attributes of the clrScheme, fontScheme, and fmtScheme elements correspond to the document's color scheme, font scheme, and format scheme, respectively:
