Mime types clarification

Then, WG4 should register the following media types.  I will do so.

application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.wordprocessingml.document	docx

And Microsoft should register the following media types.  Blog articles are not good enough.

application/vnd.ms-powerpoint.presentation.macroEnabled.12	pptm
application/vnd.ms-powerpoint.slide.macroEnabled.12	sldm
application/vnd.ms-powerpoint.slideshow.macroEnabled.12	ppsm
application/vnd.ms-powerpoint.template.macroEnabled.12	potm
application/vnd.ms-word.document.macroEnabled.12	docm

Finally, the following media type is very inappropriate.  Its syntax suggests in the standard tree of media types, but it is not registered yet.

application/onenote	onepkg
application/onenote	onetmp
application/onenote	onetoc
application/onenote	onetoc2
