DR 09-0099 entry in DR log is incomplete

I have just tried to look at the entry for the first DR (both online and downloading) and get 3 pages, but there is clearly a lot of discussion missing; page 3 does not follow from page 2.  It will be better to consult the latest e-mail from Chris as the basis for discussion.
