Sent out invites for the next few conference calls

I've sent out the invites for the next few conference calls. I'm using the GMT times in the invites - this means that the last one (2010-11-23) appears an hour earlier in my calendar, and Rex's local times in the minutes aren't quite right.

The number and conference ID are the same as they have been for the last few calls - the info is also in the meeting request, but local numbers are listed at https://cwa.microsoft.com/dialin and the conferece ID is 313989039.
