I just posted this paper, which I request WG4 to consider at the F2F meeting
in Prague, CZ, in February, especially as it impacts our discussion of a WG4
Business Plan.

Ecma TC46 (OpenXPS) expects to meet in January 2012, in which case, I'll be
able to provide an update on that committee's status.
