DR 10-0049 — OPC: Bits reserved by PKWARE

This DR covers “bits reserved by PKWARE” in Part 2. We talked about it in Beijing – it spurred a discussion regarding whether quite a few of the tables in Part 2 could be rewritten.

Whilst I think there’s some potential for that, it wasn’t the original intent of this DR – I think this actual DR can be resolved by simply changing these bits to “unused”, as I suspect they’re unused by any implementations right now. Changes are attached.
