Murata-san - very well spotted; I've checked with the WordprocessingML guys here and it looks like this was a mistake. As you surmise, we don't use /relationships/ in any other namespace.

I've attached an updated version of the changes, with the occurrences of that error amended.

  Part 1, §D, "Namespace Prefix Mapping in Examples", p. 4956

correct?
