This looks like a much better definition - the use of "pack URI" in our definition was inadvertent. So I also think we can close this in Berlin. I shall stop short of calling it an "easy DR" as history has not treated kindly my pronouncements of that sort.

I have another proposal as the definition of "part name".

	part name
	A hierarchical path string used as an identifier of an OPC part.
        Further syntactical constraints are described in 9.1.1.1.

I think that this definition should not rely on pack URIs, since parck URIs are defined based on part names (tautology).

I agree with Chris and Shaw for the rest of the change proposal.  I hope to close this DR in Berlin.
