Errors in Part 4 XSD schemas (except wml.xsd and sml.xsd) in the consolidated Part 4

I do not mean that sml.xsd and wml.xsd are error-free.  I did not check them
yet.

I am going to check all RNC schemas extracted from Parts1 and 4.  To do so,
I will convert all of them to the XML syntax and use oXygen for
directory comparison  ;-(
