comments on the proposed change for DR 09-0040 (complex script of WML/DML)

Dear Chris,

Attached files are the comments for proposed change for
DR 09-0040. Your efforts, especially the disclosure of
the detailed mapping table from Unicode codepoint to the
font slot is appreciated. But several points are stull
unclear, and some exaples should be improved for appropriate
demonstration.
