OK, here it is - thanks for your patience. I've attached an updated consolidated DR solution. It contains all the schema changes for the DR but I've highlighted these latest updates I made to fix the errors Makoto found. It also contains all the prose required for this latest update and I merely point to the DCOR for the other prose changes (i.e., from Chris) that I haven't touched. This seemed easier to manage than re-including all the text.
Please take a look over the next day or few to see if there are any remaining gaps. Makoto and I have uploaded all the corresponding schema changes to the repository.
Thanks,
John

I still have more work to do here so I've talked to Makoto and Rex about delaying a little. The net changes beyond what is currently in COR2 aren't terribly large, but I need time to work on the new prose and I have a few appointments and a recent minor injury that are interfering. Given the amount of churn this DR has seen, I'd like to take a little time to send it around and have people look it over to ensure we don't have any more errors. I'm putting together a single comprehensive doc of the schema changes and of the prose changes to make it easier to review in its entirety. I hope to have this out early next week.

Just to keep everyone updated, I've been researching this. I'm hoping to have a solution out to you later today and not delay sending the COR to Kimura-san.

Dear colleagues,
While creating schema files for the DCOR, I found some errors in the schemas in the repository. Three of the errors are my error in copying schema frgments from the DR log to the repository, and these errors have been fixed already.
But there are three other errors. They occur in the schema fragment added by DR-11-0021.
The following lines were added by DR-11-0021 but EG_BlockLevelElts, pic, and contentPart
are not defined. I suppose that we should use w:EG_BlockLevelElts
rather than EG_BlockLevelElts, but I have no ideas for the others.
<xsd:group ref="EG_BlockLevelElts" minOccurs="1" maxOccurs="unbounded"/> ...
<xsd:element ref="pic"/>
<xsd:element ref="contentPart"/>
The same error appears in the RELAX NG version.
If we cannot address this error in a timely manner, we have to delay the ballot.
Regards,
Makoto
