DR-10-0024 - RNG schema changes needed

Ahah! I see the editing instructions now (in DR 10-0024, not 10-0006). I made those changes - given the result of 10-0006, there is no need to have 10-0024 change that section. The changes listed in 10-0024 to "Part 4, §A.4.3, “DrawingML - Legacy Compatibility”, p. 1150, lines 9–11" should be ignored.
