Proposed changes for Conformance DRs

I've written up a new version of the text for the various Conformance DRs - I shall review these in the session tomorrow, but I wanted to circulate them this evening so that everyone can review them in their own time this evening and early tomorrow.

If anyone replies via email, I'll incorporate that information into tomorrow's review.
