ISO/IEC 29500:2012 has been published

PDF versions of all 4 Parts and their electronic annexes are available for
free downloading from
http://standards.iso.org/ittf/PubliclyAvailableStandards/index.html. (See
near the very end of the table.) I just downloaded and inspected each of the
files, and they all look good w.r.t hyperlinks and such.

A technically equivalent Ecma version will be approved at the December Ecma
General Assembly and published soon afterwards.
