Small but important update to the draft minutes of last week's teleconference

After discussion among a few members, I have added the following text to
agenda item 5, "Revising Part 3", of the minutes:

 

During the call, it was reported that Microsoft's SilverLight/XAML uses the
@processContent declarative of MCE. See
