Changes to the SC 34 WG meeting breakdown for Brazil

SC 34 N 1755, as posted recently by Kimura-san, shows the following
schedule:

 

25, Mon: 10:00 Opening SC 34 Plenary

25, Mon: afternoon, WG4, WG2

 

26, Tue: WG4, WG2

 

27, Wed: WG4

 

28, Thu: WG1, WG5

 

29, Fri: morning <free>

29, Fri: 13:00 Closing SC 34 Plenary

 

However, WG4 needs to meet its usual 3 full days. With the agreement of the
conveners of WG1, WG4, and WG5 (WG6 is not meeting in Brazil), the revised
WG meeting schedule is as follows, in which WG1 and WG5's full day meetings
are push back half a day covering Thursday afternoon and Friday morning
instead of all-day Thursday. (WG2 is not affected.):

Kimura-san, could you please check with the meeting host to make sure
meeting rooms are available for this new schedule?

 

WG1 and WG5 conveners, please notify your WGs.
