4 new DRs have been posted to the DR log: 2 from Ecma and 2 from the UK

They are: DR 13-0012, 13, 14, and 15.

 

DR 13-0012 has two questionable changes, in functions TBILLPRICE and
TBILLYIELD. I'm waiting for feedback from Chris to clarify this.
