John H. and I have finished work on WD0 of the revision of 29500-3, MCE.
Apart from some copy editing and complying with the ISO style guidelines,
we've integrated the wiki. Please review this draft IN ADVANCE of the June
face-to-face meeting to improve the odds that we'll leave that meeting with
a list of instructions for the editor to take this draft and to produce WD1
for public review.

Feel free to post questions and feedback to this email list in the meantime.
