Hi all,

SC 34/WG4 has completed its work on revising ISO/IEC 29500 Part 3, "Markup
Compatibility and Extensibility". Attached is the first Working Draft (1.0)
for public review.

If you have any comments on this, please submit post them as soon as
possible to the WG4 and/or TC45 email lists (or to me and I will post them).
We plan to review all such comments on the teleconference of December 4th.

As soon as we can resolve these comments, we plan to initiate a formal
2-month Committee Draft (CD) ballot, allowing us to receive the feedback in
time for processing at our March Face-to-Face meeting in Berlin. If more
comments arrive after that, we plan to initiate a second 2-month Committee
Draft (CD) ballot, allowing us to receive the feedback in time for
processing at our March Face-to-Face meeting in Prague.

As this document is NOT copyrighted by ISO, feel free to distribute it as
you wish. It will become a public WG4 document and it will also be available
for download on the TC45 webpage.
