29500-2 (OPC) WD1

During yesterday's WG4 teleconference, we agreed to adopt the recently
posted draft as WD1. Early next week, I'll post this as an official
committee document (along with the final DCOR set for Parts 1 and 4 and the
meeting minutes).

Please use WD1 for all proposals on Part 2 revision from now on.
