I circulated the MCE draft to Thorsten Behrens and Kohei Yosheida (LibreOffice developers who were formerly WG4 participants). Thorsten reported back to me this morning that the draft looks good - he thinks it's much clearer for implementers, and is very pleased to see the removal of namespace subsumption ("good riddance then!").
