DR 13-0003 - more nits

I'm sending this one separately, as I'm not certain whether it fits into this bucket of misc. editorial nits. It seems reasonable, though.

Issue #13
Part 1, §21.2.2.65 "f (Formula)"
The reader would benefit from a reference to the subclause on cell references and, in particular, to the detailed description of how link and external references work. There are a lot of pieces working in concert with external references. They are fully described in the standard but one may not know where to find all that detailed information since this "f" element under DrawingML.

This reference is in the form of a book, sheet, and cell reference or a book, optional sheet, and defined name
reference. This reference does not include the equals sign. Cell references are defined in §18.17. Link and external references are described in detail within §18.17.2.3.

Subject: DR 13-0003 - more nits

I'd like to propose some new items for our open DR on miscellaneous editorial nits in Parts 1 and 4.

Issue #8
Part 1, §18.8.40 "tableStyle (Table Style)"
The reference to Annex D should be to Annex G. Perhaps make this an automated section reference so it doesn't occur again?

All of the built-in, named table styles defined in Annex DG shall be supported by applications that implement table
styles.

Issue #9
Part 1, §18.8.41 "tableStyleElement (Table Style)"
The three occurrences of "1. " should be removed.

* Last Total Cell

1. For instance, row stripe formatting 'wins' over column stripe formatting, and both 'win' over whole table
formatting.
1.
1. PivotTable Style Element Order

* Whole Table

Issue #10
Part 1, §18.18.77 "ST_TableStyleType (Table Style Type)"
The image captions are above each image but are not set to "keep with next" and end up split across pages. The caption is on a preceding page and the image on a following page, immediately followed by the caption for the next image, which is on the subsequent page. This makes it easy to think the following caption applies to the previous image.

(Set the paragraph for each caption to "keep with next" paragraph. In Word: Paragraph dialog > Line and Page Breaks tab > check "Keep with next".)

Issue #11
Part 1, §L.4.5.1 "Introduction"
The paragraph following the heading "L.4.5.1 Introduction" is formatted as a heading rather than a paragraph text.

(Change the formatting and remove the L.4.5.2 heading number. This will renumber L.4.5.2.* to L.4.5.1.*, L.4.5.3 to L.4.5.2, and L.4.5.3.* to L.4.5.2.*.)

Issue #12
Part 1, §L.4.6.1 "Introduction"
The paragraph following the heading "L.4.6.1 Introduction" is formatted as a heading rather than a paragraph text.

(Change the formatting and remove the L.4.6.2 heading number. This will renumber L.4.6.2.* to L.4.6.1.*, L.4.6.3 to L.4.6.2, and L.4.6.3.* to L.4.6.2.*.)
