[KS] Google map and travel guide for Kyoto

There is another ceremony from 9/20 to 9/23.

It is Hagi Matsuri of Kyoto (not to be confused by other
Hagi Matsuris in Japan).

Probably, the best thing in this ceremony is Japanese
archery and dances.  They both happen on the 20.
