Use of pack URIs in Sharepoint

Hi there – that is pretty neat actually. Although what I was trying to find out was whether we used it in non-public code, but this is also good to see.

It shows which class in the .Net library references the 
static variable PackUriHelper.UriSchemePack whose 
value is "pack".  The reference source of  .NET Framework
is great!

Hi all - I took a note in Berlin to find out whether we use pack URIs as a means for the Office client application to talk to MS document server architectures (Sharepoint, Skydrive etc). Apologies for the delay, but it took me a while to track down the right people - documents can be transferred from client to server in partial form, but we do not use pack URIs to address them.
