Some preparation for this week's WG4 meeting w.r.t the Part 2 (OPC) revision

Sometime during this meeting, I'd like us to review the proposed changes I
tracked in WD03 regarding the Terms and Definitions clause. In compliance
with the ISO style guide, I've made quite a few changes. Please look at this
clause to prepare for a discussion of the proposed changes.
