§16.6 (Changed attributes) of Part 4 were introduced as part of the
conslidation in 2011.  These subsubclasue were introduced only to change
attribute namespaces.  Thus, all attribute descriptions in this 
subclause are required to be identical to the original definitions in
Part 1.

However, due to the changes in DR 09-0036 and DR 09-0055, there are
undesierable discrepancies between §16.6.3 (Changed
attribute for font element) of Part 4 and §19.2.1.13 of Part 1.  The
DCOR 3B for Part 4 is required to make these subsubclauses identical.
