Yes, but that's okay. This note has been removed from all other attributes,
as this text is now stated in the simple type definition. Provided I apply
the changes to the base standard from the DRs in the right order, this won't
cause any problems.

The latest change to 19.2.1.13 in DR 09-0055 deletes a note as
follows:
[Note: Although the attribute name is pitchFamily, the integer
value of this attribute specifies the font family with higher
4 bits and the font pitch with lower 4 bits. end note]
But this note does not appear in the latest change in DR 09-0037.
