Definitions of part and relationship

Dear colleauges,

In WD 3.1, we have nice defnitions of part and package
in Clause 3.

part:
  stream of bytes with a MIME media type and associated
  common  properties
package:
  logical entity that holds a collection of parts

Should we repeat these definitions in Clause 8?  Now, we
have different "definitions" in Clause 8.

    A package is a container that holds a collection
    of parts. (8.1)

and

     A part is a stream of bytes with the properties
     listed in Table 8–1. (8.2.1)

Or, should we simply use these terms without defining
them again?
