DR 15-0020: I am confused

Folks,

I examined schemas for finding occurrences of
VML in OOXML documents and have some ideas
about permissible occurrences.  But analysis of
all OOXML documents in my computer provides
unexpected results.

The following list provides parent-child pairs
in each OPC part.  For example,

word/document.xml!w:adjustRightInd/v:

implies that word/document.xml has a
w:adjustRightInd element containing a
VML element.  But the schema does not
allow any VML element elements as
children of w:adjustRightInd.

Is my program broken, or am I missing
something?
