Dear colleagues,

I find that sortMethod="stroke" is specified when
I specify that ruby should be used for sorting.
I do not see any information in [MS-OI29500].

Apparently, we need some improvements.  We have
to ask MS experts.

Q1:  What does sortMethod="stroke" mean for SML
        documents containing Japanese (or in the Japanese
         locale)?
