Clause 8.5.3.1 -- Relationships Part -- a couple of editorial issues

I now think that Part 2 does not have to follow the table
convention for defining parts, although it is used in
Parts1 and 4.

I propose to remove the table in 8.5.3.1.

The title of 8.5.3.1 should be "General"
