My homework: Revising OPC (but not Clause 9 yet)

Folks,

I have addressed most of the comments in Caroline's mails
on April 5 (https://1drv.ms/w/s!An5Z79wj5AZBgfxgf4tqwsat_8PWMA)
and all of the comments in Francis's personal mail on
April 6.  The latest OPC draft is available at

Here is a list of remaining issues.

- Check references to DCMI Metadata Terms.

- Dropping 12.10 (Support for Versioning and Extensibility).
  See the email thread "12.10" starting on April 12

- Should we drop "derived format"?

- Caroline's comments on 8.5.1

- "signature policy"  Is this definition consistent with XAdES?

- Should preprocessing in Annex A be dropped?

- Prohibiting relationships from or to a Relationships part.

- Make sure every requirement in Annex H is captured and then drop it.

I am going to revise Clause 9.
