DR 13-0014

[MURATA Makoto]

I compared the DR log and the schema change history.  Almost
all required changes to the schemas are already available in the
github repository. I find that I mistakenly introduced "A" as the
default value of @ptsTypes.

Here is my commit for removing this default value.
