Noitice: Opening the archive of this ML

Dear colleagues,

(Wearing my convenor hat this time)

As discussed in the SC34 plenary, there will be a SC34 letter ballot 
for opening the archive of this ML to the public.  Every e-mail 
to this ML (including the ones posted already) might become 
publicly available.

I am not aware of any e-mails in this ML that cannot be disclosed to the
public.
