Dropping unnecessary occurrences of namespace names

Dear colleagues,

The FDAM for Part4 becomes a bit simpler if we drop unnecessary
occurrences of namespace names in prose.

For example, Part 1 now contains

	18.18	Simple Types
This is the complete list of simple types in the
	http://schemas.openxmlformats.org/spreadsheetml/2006/main
	namespace.

Very similar clauses appear in Part 1 more than ten times.

At present, the Part1 FDAM draft replaces old namespaces in this
sentence by new namespaces. So, we are now forced to change the
Part4 FDAM draft so that it does not inherit new namespaces.

But if we always write:

	18.18	Simple Types
This is the complete list of simple types dedicated to SpreadsheetML.

Then, we do not have to worry about inheriting new namespaces by
mistake.

Therefore, I propose to rewrite the following changes in the Part1 FDAM
draft without using namespace names.

#136, #173, #210, #231, #244, #263, #292, #298, #300, #303, #305,
#306, #307, #308

Cheers,
Makoto
