Another error in the Part 1 FPDAM1

[MURATA Makoto (FAMILY Given)]

I'm totally confused.  The revised schemas contain 
"http://purl.oclc.org/ooxml/officeDocument/relationships" 
so many times.  Since we have not changed Part 2,
should they be http://schemas.openxmlformats.org/package/2006/relationships?
