In the revised draft, I wrote

"The text direction is right-to-left if a bidi element is
present in the current section; it is left-to-right, otherwise .  "

But it should probably be

"The text direction is right-to-left if a bidi element is present
in the current sectPr element; it is left-to-right, otherwise .  "
