Follow-Up Action Item: Harsh Lighting

With regard to the requested definition of harsh lighting (defect report
item N1309:3), I have taken the follow-up action to propose a resolution at
the ODF TC.

The proposal and earlier discussion are found in the comments on ODF TC JIRA
issue OFFICE-2200, available at
< http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/OFFICE-2200>.   

Since the same provision has been questions as part of the public review of
ODF 1.2 Part 1 CD04, a compatible proposal is being made in ODF TC JIRA
issue OFFICE-1475 at 
< http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/OFFICE-1475>.

The resolution of the ODF 1.2 issue was discussed today, and will be taken
up again.
