Francis,

There is insufficient notice given of this document for OASIS to offer any 
feedback.  JTC1 calls for documents to be acted on to be made available 
well before a meeting.  In this case we are receiving notice the day of 
the meeting, or in the case of our US west coast members,  no notice at 
all.

Our next ODF TC meeting will be Monday, May 2nd.  I'd be happy to discuss 
the ballot comments and proposed response with them at that time,and come 
to a informed position as a delegation to WG6. 

I have no objections to discussing dispositions today, but I suggest that 
we do not formally approve dispositions at this time.
