New working draft of Amendment 1

Dear members of WG 6

 

Although not In time for detailed discussion during today's teleconference
meeting, I am pleased to attach a new working draft of Amendment 1,
following careful review and revision by Dennis Hamilton and myself.

 

Please review the attached in time for the teleconference meeting on
2010-02-02, when I would like us to decide whether or not to recommend to
the Project Editor that this working draft is ready for its first ballot.
