Dear members of WG 6

My apologies for having to announce a slight change in the start time for Wednesday's teleconference meeting. I was unaware that the time I announced a few days ago would clash with an ODF Plugfest planning conference call that is scheduled for 15:00 UTC on the same day. 

Please therefore note the new start time, as detailed below. The WG 6 teleconference meeting will now start at 14:00 UTC. That is 16:00 local time in Berlin, 10:00 EDT, 7:00 PDT.
