Next Steps for the ODF 1.1 Errata 01 and IS 26300 Alignment

The ODF 1.1 Errata 01 WD04 document is already available for review.

As discussed on the 05-23 WG6 teleconference, the next draft will be WD05:

ODF 1.1 ERRATA 01 WD05 APPROACH
 
 1. The draft will be available in advance of the SC34 meeting (though not on any agenda there) at the end of June.  My target is for Thursday, June 21 at the latest.

 2. A list of all substantive changes in Section 2 and the AMD1-related Appendix from WD04 to WD05 will be provided.  That way, it is not necessary to review parts unchanged from WD04 again.

 3. The essential purpose of WD05 is to add any outstanding, known defects against ODF 1.1 and to complete referencing of all Errata items to ODF TC JIRA issues, some of which will need to be created.  This is a springboard for the ODF TC agreeing to the resolution of all such issues and reviewing of ODF 1.1 Errata 01 WD05 (and the corresponding ODF 1.1 mocked Errata document) for their correct application.

ODF 1.1 ERRATA 01 WD06 TO FOLLOW

This is targeted for no later than the end of July.  The intention is to provide a draft that is a candidate to become an Errata Committee Specification Draft (CSD).  It will reflect any further maintenance in Section 2 and relevant Appendix sections of the Errata 01 draft.  It will have all in-text editorial notes replaced by candidate content.  The front page will be changed as required by the OASIS TC Administrator in preparation for a public review and ballot as an approved Errata (a form of Committee Specification).  

It is possible that further working drafts may be required, and that multiple CSDs and public reviews can also occur.  As much as possible will be done up front to mitigate recycling through public reviews.
