Minor ( but important ) typo in ISO-IEC 29500-4-2008-FPDAmd-1-2009

I had an action item from last week to verify that we didn't undo DR-09-0025 ( fix the typo in the Style Part's root namespace ) when I made the changes for DR-08-0012.  Unfortunately, I did make that mistake.

Here's what ISO-IEC 29500-4-2008-FPDAmd-1-2009 currently says:

46. §8C.20, "Styles Part (Part 1, §12.3.20)", new subclause

The problem is that trailing "s" in the root namespace needs to be removed.  You can see we fixed things in the PURL case but I didn't fix it in the OPENXMLFORMATS case.

Can we please make this change?
