DCOR1 Ballot comments processing status

As you have seen from Kimura-san's mail, she has distributed the ballot
results as PDF files.

Once I get the original comments (in doc form) from her, I'll perform the
following tasks (just like I did for the comments during the DIS 29500
stage):

1.	Convert any NB submissions not in doc file format to the required
format.
2.	Assign unique IDs to each NB comment.
3.	Perform minor formatting/editing to make comment tables easier to
process.
4.	Generate a consolidated table of comments.
5.	Distribute the resulting file set.
